Rules

All bookings are accepted on the basis of these Terms & Conditions and by making this booking you understand & agree to be bound to them at all times. "The organisers" are the Association Swing&Pulse. We draw your attention to our Cancellation Policy and also remind you that dancing is an aerobic activity, and that participation is at your own risk. Swing&Pulse cannot accept responsibility for any claim, loss or damage which may occur from your participation at Roma Balboa Weekend - RBW

Refund policy
We cannot refund your purchased passes for any reason. You can, however, re-sell your pass on your own behalf, just let us know by e-mail to whom you sold your pass as soon as possible so we can update our registration. Therefore, please note that a change of levels is only possible if the leader/follower ratio permits. If the organisers cancel the event your payment will be refunded. We are not responsible if your train or flight are late or cancelled and will not give any refund for any of those reasons.

Clauses & Rules
The organisers allow themselves to change the schedule or the teachers, in case of canceled flight, injury or sickness of one of them. There will be no refund for any of those cases. Swing&Pulse is not responsible for your personal items, in case of lost or theft, please keep an eye on them. Swing&Pulse and the Teachers are not responsible for any injury during the workshop. In the classrooms: - Dancing shoes are compulsory- Be respectful, don't damage or get the floor dirty (no food or drinks inside)

Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make any change to the classes, workshops, teachers, venues & prices without prior notice. Before travelling to Roma Balboa Weekend, please check this website for the latest updates or email romabalboaweekend@gmail.com. During the RBW, please look out for updates on Facebook Page for the latest news.

Filming and Photography
Anyone attending Roma Balboa Weekend agrees that they can be filmed, photographed or appear in any other form of media which may be used for the organisers' promotional purposes. All recordings (film, digital media, photographs or video) at RBW remain the copyright and property of the organisers and may be used by them at any time in any media, in perpetuity. Personal film or digital recording of the classes is not permitted without prior agreement of the teachers concerned. Please check with those appearing in personal photographs or videos before publishing.

By accepting the general conditions of the webpage, the participants of Roma Balboa Weekend agree with the contents of this document and confirm they will obey the regulations.
